Pursuant to Articles 13 – 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, the company TLC Web Solutions srl, as the data controller, wishes to inform you about the processing of your personal data and invites you to authorize the processing of your data for the purposes described by voluntarily and freely giving your consent to data processing.

2 – Processing Methods
Your data will be processed orally and/or in writing, using electronic tools and/or on paper, in the manner and to the extent necessary to pursue the stated purposes, in compliance with the principles outlined in Article 5, Paragraph 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Data and Processing Purposes:
1) Personal Data intended for employment relationship execution, including administrative and accounting activities related to and functional to the work activity and/or the pursuit of the corporate purpose for the normal management of relationships established with you, in compliance with the contract and legal obligations in fiscal matters. The data must be provided and made available to the data controller, failing which the execution of the contract and compliance with current fiscal/administrative regulations may not be possible, exposing you to potential liability for contractual non-compliance. Data processing will be carried out exclusively by authorized personnel and collaborators within their respective functions and in accordance with received instructions, always and only for the purposes indicated, to ensure data security, confidentiality, and protection of your rights. Data may be communicated to clients, suppliers, accountants, payroll consultants, general consultants, credit institutions, public bodies, competent offices, shareholders, and anyone authorized to request them. Data may also be transferred to non-EU countries or international organizations if adequacy decisions of the Commission are present, or in any case, solely for the aforementioned purposes. Data will be retained for the duration of the established relationships and, in any case, for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed. Accounting/administration data required for tax purposes (accounting records) are kept by law (Civil Code) for at least 10 years from the date of the last registration or until any tax audits by the relevant bodies are concluded for the tax period under review (Art. 22, Paragraph 2, D.P.R. n. 600/1973). The processing of your data does not include any automated decision-making process, including profiling.
2) Personal and sensitive data (including images) intended for paper and/or digital publication for dissemination, promotion, and documentation of activities carried out (website, catalogs/brochures, advertising material), based on the legitimate interest of the controller to carry out processing for direct marketing purposes. Providing data is not mandatory. In case of refusal, your data will not be associated with the company image in any form. Data will be processed on electronic and/or paper media, carried out by authorized personnel and collaborators within their respective functions and following received instructions, always and only for the stated purposes, to ensure data security, confidentiality, and protection of your rights. Collected data may be made available to clients, suppliers, and website users. Data may also be transferred to non-EU countries or international organizations if adequacy decisions of the Commission are present, or in any case, solely for the aforementioned purposes. Data may be retained for the duration of the established relationships and/or until updates of the said publications.

3 – Rights of the Data Subject
The Regulation grants you, as the data subject, the exercise of specific rights, listed in Articles 15 to 22. You may, therefore, request the data controller to:
– Access personal data (Art. 15): Obtain confirmation of the existence or not of a personal data processing activity and access the data.
– Rectify data (Art. 16): Request the correction of inaccurate data and the integration of incomplete data.
– Erase data – “right to be forgotten” (Art.17);
– Restrict processing (Art. 18);
– Data portability (Art. 20): Receive the data provided to the controller and transmit them to another controller without hindrance.
– Object to processing (Art. 21)
– Not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling (Art. 22).
Additionally, you have the right to:
– Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority
– Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point (Art. 7, Paragraph 3). The right to withdraw does not apply where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject.
