Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), TLC Web Solutions srl, as the Data Controller, hereby informs you about the processing methods and purposes regarding your personal data.

2 – Categories of Data, Purposes, and Legal Bases

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

a) Website Navigation and Contact Requests
Data Types: Browsing data (e.g., IP addresses, request timestamps) and personal data voluntarily provided via contact forms (name, email address, phone number, message content).
Purpose: To ensure the proper functioning of the website and to respond to information or quote requests submitted by the user.
Legal Basis: Performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For browsing data and cookies, processing is based on the legitimate interest of the controller or explicit consent provided via the cookie banner.

b) Contractual Relationship Management and Legal Obligations
Data Types: Identification, tax, and contact details of clients, suppliers, or their designated representatives.
Purpose: Administrative, accounting, tax, and operational management of contracts and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
Legal Basis: Performance of a contract to which the data subject is party and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

c) Marketing and Promotional Communications
Data Types: Contact details (email address, phone number) and/or media assets provided with express consent.
Purpose: Sending newsletters, commercial communications, or promotional materials regarding services offered by the company.
Legal Basis: Optional consent, which can be withdrawn at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), or the legitimate interest of the controller within the limits set by applicable regulations for soft-spam communications.

3 – Processing Methods and Data Retention

Data processing is carried out using paper, digital, and automated tools, adopting technical and organizational security measures to ensure confidentiality and data protection. Processing is performed by authorized personnel and, where necessary, by appointed Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR (e.g., tax advisors, IT service providers, web hosting providers).
Personal data will be stored only for the time necessary to achieve the specific purposes for which it was collected:

Contractual and Tax Data: Retained for 10 years in compliance with statutory obligations (Art. 2220 of the Italian Civil Code and DPR 600/1973).

Contact and Request Data: Retained for the time necessary to process the inquiry and manage follow-up interactions.

Marketing Data: Retained until consent is withdrawn or until the user exercises their right to object.

Personal data will not be publicly disseminated. Any transfer of data to non-EU countries will occur solely in the presence of an adequacy decision by the European Commission or under appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 44 et seq. of the GDPR.

4 – Rights of the Data Subject

As a data subject, you are entitled to exercise the rights set forth in Articles 15 to 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679:

Right of Access (Art. 15): Obtain confirmation as to whether your personal data is being processed and access such data.

Right to Rectification (Art. 16): Request the correction of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data.

Right to Erasure / “Right to be Forgotten” (Art. 17): Request the deletion of data when legal grounds for retention no longer apply.

Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18): Request the restriction of processing in case of disputes or unlawful processing.

Right to Data Portability (Art. 20): Receive personal data provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

Right to Object (Art. 21): Object at any time to the processing of data based on specific grounds or for direct marketing purposes.

Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw previously granted consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali – www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe that the processing of your data violates applicable privacy laws.
